Baskin-robbins - Groveland

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts located in the same building just before closing time, and I had a fantastic avocado toast accompanied by a coffee with oat milk. I was cycling across Florida on my road bike and really needed a hot coffee. Despite being close to closing time, the staff were incredibly friendly, and I truly appreciated their kindness.

The service was extremely slow, and the server I had didn't get any part of my order correct. She made a completely wrong drink and seemed confused when I tried to communicate with her.

The menu is often inaccurate, and the flavors are consistently off. I ordered through DoorDash twice and had to cancel both times because they didn't have what I had selected. I also went through the drive-thru and had to change my order for three different people because they were out of what we wanted. All three of these instances happened within the span of a month.

Awful. They never have anything in stock. They're also pretty rude in this location.

Had only 8 flavors, 2 were empty. Icecream we did get was freezer burnt, full of ice crystals and the cones were stale and mushy. Very small expensive scoops.
