It complained to the service. but that meant that it had to be charged to the boss. I asked him to bring it back, but he didn't care. Then I accused the ice itself, and the boss said it was because it was so warm, but with my previous visitors the ice never had this consistency, although it was warmer than last night. Then I'm back to my table, but the 5th. Ice for my friend Bülent was not 20 min. we asked where his ice remained! But again, the arrogant operation said you asked the boss. Then Süleyman, my brother went to the boss and you apologized. After 5 minutes the ice came for Bülent. Then the boss came and again apologised for the late service, but at once the arrogant waiter came and cried out wildly. Besides, I took an operation. As a customer, I said that in the future I will no longer visit the ice salon because the service is unfriendly. She claimed I had eaten the ice and she didn't want to understand that I brought it back and didn't get a new one. After Bülent had eaten his ice cream, I asked Adem to pay the bill because the operators, despite repeated signals, gave us no attention. Then I really wanted to describe the incident, but a female service didn't let me speak, then I asked her if she was the boss. When Adem came back with the boss from the number, the boss returned the payment several times, and the boss told him it was a gift from the house. But the son nevertheless rightly demanded his money, which we then immediately paid. The situation would not have to escalate, but for whatever reason, instead of letting the guest speak out and just letting the thing rest, we were obviously strong by the staff to prevent us from clarifying the matter with the two bosses. I hope that Mr Angelo de Zordo, who wasn't there, but knows me personally and just listened to me, not like the other bosses to clarify the matter.

Unfriendlyness seems to be standard here. I'm not long in the area, the visit with the family was my 3rd for this year.
