I would understand if it was a one time occasion because these things happen and it's ok for them to happen but when it happens almost every time I come here it makes me not want to come back. But the food is good and cheap just like any other Leo's.
Went there last night with my child and another friend and her child. We ordered Saganaki. The waiter dropped the plate on my chest while it was still on fire, catching my shirt and hair on fire. I had to pat it out myself. The manager was called and thought only a 50% bill reduction was appropriate. I WAS ON FIRE. The waitress did end up voiding the bill in full. Absolutely disgusted with management, and I’m pretty sure I will never be able to step foot in there again with out flashbacks.Edited to add from owners response: Management WAS called after the waitress offered to void our entire bill. She then came back after talking to management and said she was told she was not allowed to void the entire bill and to offer 50% off bill. She was mortified and still voided the bill. Management is who I was upset with, not the waiter who was so apologetic or the waitress who voided the bill.
I placed a carry out order for pancakes and bacon and this is what I was given. The cook knew before placing this in a box that this bacon was burnt and should not have been served to a paying customer. Ridiculous. 1000% do not recommend.

Sad that we’ve been dining here for years. I know it’s tough getting staff but the disrespect their staff has for customers is pathetic.Even worse my greek salad had a half bitten fry in it. Ugh
