Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis restaurant is unprofessional and not very good. The employee informed me that there were no bills in her cash register. Having worked in fast food and as a manager, I know this issue can easily be resolved with critical thinking skills. However, instead of finding a solution, the employee insisted she couldn't do anything. When I requested to speak to the manager, it took 5 minutes for them to come out with bills for change, only to then inform me that they had no coins as well and attempted to give me 27 cents in pennies. I will not be returning to this location due to the poor customer service and lack of communication skills. Additionally, their guacamole is not very tasty.
Upon approaching the counter, I waited for some time to be greeted. However, it seemed the staff was busy cleaning, which is typical for Chipotle. The girl at the counter appeared to be in training and was very quiet and seemed not very social. I barely heard her mention the total or wish me a nice day. As a result, I didn't pay much attention to the guy wrapping my burrito. They only put a small amount of guacamole on my veggie burrito, which is basically the main ingredient besides beans and rice. When I got to my car and opened my burrito, I realized it was just a bowl and not properly wrapped. It felt like they didn't put in much effort or weren't properly trained. I definitely won't be returning to this location again! Also, the food was cold, every last bite of it.
