Palladium - Guia

Food is great at a good price. Their barbecued chicken is to die for. They are extremely nice to the point of giving the recipe (and a sample in a jar) for their sauce to a client. I am absolutely going back.

The pork meddalions main course, OMG !!! And the melting chocolate desert with probably the best vanilla ice cream I have ever had. It will be the first place on the list on our return.

Food was excellent, well catered to when we asked for extra stuff off menu. Wonderful friendly staff. Would eat again!

Really friendly staff and good eating. we have not booked the menu limited, but still enough variation. all courts were at a reasonable price.

A great experience as always. we have been on the first discovery of palladium for 7 years. what lifts this place is the greeting they receive from joao and family and from his vater diogo. they will see that they have many recurring visitors who have been going out for 20 years and beyond. eating is a perfect example for algarvian piri piri piri huhn (I didn't really try everything they do). the last visits to covid were less busy, which is a real tragedy. if they are somewhere near the opposite, go and start their own tradition, always and again to go. this is my favorite restaurant in the world, and I am happy enough to have some really good home. my only problem is that it is so far away, and even if in portugal a 100km round trip from where we are now staying!
