Papa Johns Pizza - Haines City

I have to wait for almost an hour for a medium pizza only

Expected a 15 minute wait, took an hour and 10 minutes,

Tracking app showed it left the store and would be delivered between 6:52-7:02. It is currently 7:37pm and the tracking app says both that it was delivered, but will be delivered at 7:50 ? I called the store to cancel the order and get a refund. Who wants pizza that’s been sitting in a car for almost an hour? The representative did offer a full refund but could not confirm if the papa points I used would be refunded. STOP USING 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES. I am not ordering through door dash, I don’t want to use Door dash. Now I’m stuck at almost 8pm trying to come up with a last minute dinner plan for my family.

I would not give this Papa John's any stars but this forced me to give them one star to at least tell you what they did. This place has refused to honor any of its credits that they give you because they constantly mess up your orders, no matter if it's the food itself or how cold it is when it finally arrives from a door dasher. They will promise you that you are talking to a manager on the phone and then when you call in for that credit, it does not exist on your account. The manager there, Taylor, thinks she's doesn't have to honor any credit from her store. She swears that she is the head manager of the store, there are no credits, and will not provide any. She also said that none of her employees have given any credits. So, we were lied to the last time we called them. This is the worst Papa John's. They have the worst management and practice there. Whoever buys from the store, beware. Your food will be awful and it will be cold, or delivered to the wrong door. Then, when you call there, the manager will lie to you or whoever answers the phone and will promise you that you will be credited, which will not be true.

What can I say that hasn't been said a million times I Love everything about Papa Johns. The pizza is like no other I have had. Delicious perfect mix of toppings and cheese. Keep up the good
