El Tamarindo Coal Fired Pizza

I went last night with my two girlfriends they wanted a bottle of the house wine asked the waitress to ask the owner or manager. They said they couldn’t, so Instead they charge them by glass. Then we order a margarita pizza thinking that it was just like the Italian, without fresh tomatoes, so we kindly send it back, a few minutes later the manager or the owner I don’t know. comes in with an attitude. Took it back 5 minutes later came back with The cheese pizza, full of cheese, no basil and not cooked. He put it on the table almost throwing it at us didn’t say anything, very poor managing skills. My friend owns three restaurants in New York and I also owned a restaurant in the past and the client is always right no matter what. Even if they are not right, you try to be polite and resolve the problem living the customer satisfied unlike us we wanted to leave right away and never come back, this place is to be good. The food was good but it just declined.

Good food! We stop in once in a while for lunch. It never disappoints.

Tamarindo never disappoints. Our family have come here for many years. Love that is managed by the owners and they are always around. Food is always amazing
