Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy son ordered pieces of sorted sushi from kyoto sushi. the sushi came with free suppe, daikon and ginger picles. it was made fresh so it was delicious. this is the first time that my son of them ordered by uber eats. nothing special. Just okay.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite waiting for our food, I was already feeling apprehensive about my order. When the food finally arrived, my Bengo box contained soggy tempura and burnt chicken. I will definitely not be returning.
Absolutely the worst reasturant in georgetown on plz hit yo way better quality nice staff and they answer it phone avoid koyoto at all cost bootleg sushi
I have never written a review if I have a disappointing experience with a restaurant, I just never go back there. but as it makes me sad, I feel that I must make my experience aware. it's my birthday and too. my birthday I had a request for sushi. I love my sushi! I go to sushi restaurants in mississauga because I get great service and good food! this year I wanted to support a local business because of the pandemic. I called in my ordered call a shellfish allergy and more precisely specified “no surf cam and no shrimp.” I was insured, “no problem can we replace these items.” When I picked up my order, both were items in my order! the muddles were in a separate container, but the garnels had contaminated the whole order! I returned to the inside to ask for the correction that she cut me into a bit. then after ten minutes I returned and they still tried to give me the garnels in a separate container! then she got a separate container with imitation krabbensushi with more setup. she then said that I must be more accurate when the order! I brought the food home and was disappointed to see that the tamago and the imitation crab a little aged/dried and the tuna hashimi was veiny. when I called to see if the business could make changes because I wasn’t completely disappointed with my meal (it was my birthday after all and I was still in a good mood despite my experience) I was not taken seriously and felt as if it was my fault not to express how “serious my allergy was.” that were her words!
Very weak all you can eat sushi. Sushi is average and doesn’t come out fresh seems like they make one batch of rice for the day. Very little options for the rest of their menu. Service is very weak even compared to other all you...can eat sushi restaurants. I would strongly recommend Oshima in Milton.
