The food is always fresh and tasty and we feel very comfortable there. All staff are very friendly and cordial, the food is lovingly dressed and very diverse.

The food is fantastic, we are devastated there and each time enthusiastic. Everything super fresh and dressed with love. Always friendly and accommodating staff. It was really hard to make the place cozy despite the directly adjacent road that is absolutely happy. Very recommended.

We were here for a Sunday break for 14,90€ including drink. Have never eaten this kind of food, it tasted me good, even the selection was good. There were more vegetarian things, also a few vegan dishes. I found the oriental chips very delicious. There was no very large selection, but it was enough. Most dishes were cold, there were three hot dishes. And a small corner with bread and spread. As dessert, there were fresh fruits, baklava and yogurt. The store was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and often asked if you need anything. All in all a pleasant Sunday brunch. All right. I'm not sure I'd come back because it doesn't exactly match my taste. It was cool to try.

What a lovely evening! The reception and service!!!! is simply great and you feel good in the dreamy decorated room! The food is tastefully really great, the presence of dishes on the plates is visually the hammer! Delicious drinks and also the special teas are worth their price! We're coming back! Thanks to the team and the dear staff in the kitchen!

Despite price adjustment, the Falafel Factory is still worth a visit. The dishes are very diverse, tasty and quickly prepared. However, I would like to highlight the friendly services that are always courteous, friendly and cordial. There are few restaurants in Hamburg that radiate such hospitality, even if it gets a bit more hectic.
