Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill - Hamilton

We have noticed a decrease in the quality and portion size of the food, along with a significant increase in prices at this restaurant. Previously, they offered a half club sandwich with a bowl of French onion soup which was excellent. However, their chicken fingers now cost close to $20 and the appetizers are small and pricey. The beer prices are also high. We used to frequent this restaurant once or twice a week, but now we do not see the value in dining there anymore. Overall, it is nothing special and the prices are expensive.

This restaurant provided the worst service I have ever experienced! My party waited in front of the restaurant and were the only ones waiting, yet we had to ask for assistance. It took half an hour to receive menus, and by the time we had finished ordering and eating, we had been there for 2 hours. No one ever checked on us or offered to refill our drinks, as it seemed like all the waitstaff were gathered at the bar at the end of the night. I will never return and will not recommend this place to others!

The hamburger was fantastic! The chicken fingers were large and delicious! The yellow coconut Thai curry was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding! I cannot praise our visit today enough! I highly recommend this restaurant! The owners came and chatted with us, what a lovely family!

I have never written a negative review in my life. this is the third time that I tried to order the acceptance in this device without success. 24th mai weekday and I get that they are busy. I called and was 1 2 away by my order and was interrupted by the manager who said they were too busy to accept. he called back in 15-20 minutes. and they said they'd call back in 45-60 minutes. 9 o'clock is a little late for dinner for me. this would be family-dinner plan, but it is particularly disappointing, since tj 's (multiple stand places) was a goto especially for business customers. spent literally thousands of dollars on this place.

Take out……As usual the Buffalo chicken fingers are AWESOME, but it’s too bad that they almost NEVER get the dipping sauce right! I always emphasize BLUE CHEESE dip and always get ranch! Don’t know what it would take for them to get it right!
