If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! To start, the air conditioning is controlled by the building management, so it gets extremely hot. They should open windows for air flow or provide fans to cool the rooms, especially since rent is so high. If you complain, they take forever to respond or may not respond at all. On top of that, the place is infested with mice. They claimed they would have pest control address the issue, but it never happened. Instead, the maintenance person who handles everything else was enlisted and the problem persisted. Mice were running through the walls and floors at night and early in the morning. This was by far the worst experience and a huge mistake in my decision to move here. The reality did not match the pictures and living conditions were unacceptable.

I rented a family member's apartment and was unable to stay due to several issues with the cleanliness and amenities. The bathroom floor had an extremely foul smell, the bath and wash basin drains were clogged, and both the dishwasher and oven were broken. Despite our efforts to clean the place, the smell persisted. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of these apartments.

The apartments are adorable, but I have some major dislikes. I strongly believe that no apartment should have control over whether they can use air conditioning or heating. These apartments are also excessively hot in the winter.

I wish I didn't sign another lease. these apartments fall apart and they realize that. they invest in that they look more beautiful outside. like renovations in the community rooms and so. but the real problem is the quality of life in one of these apartments. I have seen some reviews about the heat and ac problem. it has been a problem for years and instead of fixing that problem to make roomrs happy here, they are designed to make you look beautiful to think the repetitive cycle of people that they are beautiful apartments and toughness by their renting and doing that it is 85 degrees in their apartment in winter with their heat not on all. do not misunderstand me when the ac finally reopens, it is not bad to live here at all. but the winter and even the autumn when it is hot here and literally all chocolate melts into a liquid in its cabinet, the summer, when the alternating current is, does not make it. I gave only this place 2 stars because the inside of the apartment is not bad looking smart at all. but to notice that this problem with the heat and ac has been frustrating me for years before me in just because I see the cycle and it is selfish to put renter by the for their profit. if they pay near $900 in the month for a one-bed apartment, they should be able to spend in their apartment all year round and do not have to go over eating bad due to the property not willing to invest their tenants comfortably in their apartment they pay much money for. can not wait to move out of this place. fix the problem so they can fix their 3 star rating.

Worst place I have ever lived in my life for especially for $1200 a month everything is always broken apartments are dirty before move in . You don’t control the heat or air till they tell you you can and to top it off when I went to wash my clothes someone stole them from the washer and dryer. If I could give this place less then no stars I would PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.
