The food at this place is not very good, and the portions are much smaller than what you would typically get at a Tim Hortons. The service is terrible; I didn't receive my iced cappuccino with my Uber order, so I called them, and they told me to come in. I drove all the way there, and then they said that I couldn't get it. They also don't have a drive-thru.

This place is great, but I deducted a star because they don't serve food late at night, only drinks. For reference, McDonald's offers food around the clock.

The restaurant seems to be facing either A) poor management or B) difficulty in finding staff. My experience with placing a simple order was awful. The staff appeared to have low morale.

The staff here are wonderful. They recognize our orders as soon as they see us. I have a suggestion: perhaps you could rebrand the plain timbits as "doggie nuggets" or something similar, as there’s definitely a market for treats for our furry family members. If you have a dog, you naturally start including them in your dining experience as part of the family!

I ordered a coffee and chocolate milk. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
