K Lounge At The K West

Yolanda and Eugene took great care of me at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I felt safe and welcomed. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I can't believe how bad the TV reception is at this hotel. You would think we were in the most remote part of the UK rather than in west London. It's absolutely terrible.

Even though there were always at least 2 bartenders at the bar, neither would ever come to the tables to ask for orders unless you'd already ordered at the bar. Food was okay but expensive. Drinks were a LOT! But the bartenders did take their time making mixed drinks. The Fish and Chips (15 pounds) was good, Pizza was average, the Quinoa salad was just lettuce with some quinoa thrown on top and hardly any dressing. No beer on tap. Expect 11+ pounds per mixed drink and about 6 pounds for a bottle of beer.

Had the rib eye off the a la carte menu. Cooked to perfection. Great wine. Service was spot on, cheerful, friendly, excellent!!

Good food and drinks although a little price. Go for the giant pornstar martini and watch out for service charge. Staff and everything else was good though. And Dj from 10-1am is a good shout
