Papa Johns - Hammersmith and Fulham

We ordered a pizza with a side dish and a bottle of drink. The drink was cold and refreshing, but unfortunately, we received the wrong side dish and some of the pizza was burnt. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and we would not choose to dine here again.

I ordered a small tomato and cheese pizza and a Diet Coke from Papa John’s with the “BUY ONE GET ONE FREE” option. However, I only received one small pizza with a Pepsi Max instead of the Diet Coke. Despite the rider being very nice and calling the restaurant on my behalf, the manager informed me that the offer only applies to medium and large pizzas, not small ones. I was not offered a refund for the incorrect order, and ended up spending £18.48 on a small pizza and a drink I did not want. The Deliveroo app clearly states that the offer is valid for all pizzas, not just certain sizes. This experience was disappointing and I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again, nor will my friends.

I was at home recently decorating all day and didn't have time to cook, so I decided to order a pizza from this restaurant. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it was lacking in flavor and was overall unimpressive. I will be searching for a better pizza place next time.

Ordered a pizza and a dessert. The pizza was ok but the dessert was burnt. I called the branch and was told they do not do refunds. Taken up with head office but time consuming. A quick apology and refund closes the matter and simply says mistakes happen but trust us because if we make an error we will correct it. If you stand fast and refuse and cause the customer problems they choose to have no trust in future and decide never to use the brand again.

This place has the worst customer service I have encountered. I ordered a pizza online and was charged on my card. I called to check on the delivery status time and the man I spoke to said there was no order for me. Confused seeing as I'd been charged and have definitely placed an order, I asked what had happened and he just snapped at me and said it wasn't his problem and refused to help! Ridiculous. I used to be a fan of Papa Johns but will not use them again out of principle due to this issue.
