Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAnnas has made drastic changes! when I first went to anna, it was very professional and so on. then they went to the hill, had the most terrible people there working and terrible service. they have all new employees, the service is the best we ever had.
In the truck driver for dollar general and I had to be close to this load for the night and decided to have dinner there. I don't exaggerate when I say this is actually the best pizza I've ever had. the cheese, the crust the sauce all about it was amazing. I know that I will probably never be back in the opposite to get this pizza, but it will be a constant remembrance in my head, now, how good pizza can actually be!
While the experience was not completely unpleasant, it was quite close. it started with the lady who took the command and went down from there. from any reason she did not hear parts of the order. I always had to repeat it. she wouldn't say it back, so I did several times and she said again and again: oh, you want, __________. I reply to others critiken about the non-explaining of the menu, but at least she took the order manually. they may have been understaffed as they had a person to get orders (telephone and personal) drinks and to supply food. in the corner there was a sign indicating a Wi-Fi password. this would give the customer that they had free wlan. I asked her what network was for the restaurant and she didn't seem to know and sound confused, why I would even ask. Finally, when she was sure what it was, I said that the password on the sign was wrong anyway and either 't knew or didn't want to give the right one. overall the customer service was hardly a 3rd. I've been a long time customer of the poquoson anna until I'm moved. admitted, I've been gone for a few years, but the hampton restaurant doesn't seem to be the same at all. the pizzas seem to use different sauces, maybe they exchanged to buy bought? and still after all the repetitions of my order, I did not get the extra cheese I requested, or perhaps. after that, the pizza gave me an annoyed. eating is just over a 1 since the children said it was okay, but also said that others were better. I will probably not return here as there are so many other excellent options to choose from.
I stopped into Anna's today for lunch; it is the first time I've been here in a very long time. I was excited because my experience with Anna's in the past has always been great and I was looking forward to the awesome meal. I can only say that this was probably one of the worst experiences that I've ever had in a restaurant. 1. It felt like the AC was broken because it was so hot in the dining area. At one point I stepped outside and it felt cooler outside than it did inside. 2. We arrived at 1pm and left after 2pm. Our entire order consisted of one order of fried pickles, one large cheesesteak sub, one large 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pizza, and 3 sodas. A gentleman offered a discount on our bill due to the long wait, but considering the small order and the fact that there was only one other table in the restaurant; it was just an excessive wait and our bill still came to 60 bucks. 3. Food was not great, pickles weren't bad.... but everything else was below average. 4. Server brought our plates and they felt like they were covered in grease, I requested new plates which she gave me, but I literally watched her put dirty plates that I had my hands on back in the clean stack for the next customer to use. 5. Server could use a bit of training, not once did she check back up on us and my father and son sat the majority of the time with an empty drink in front of them, plus we were not provided silverware. Every business has bad days, I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a bad impression that I will not patronize this establishment again. I hope that my description can offer the owner input so that no other people are disappointed in the future. Good luck.
My husband purchased a turkey sub for here. Was taking out all the tomatoes and seeds out because ask for no tomatoes and still put on sandwich. Noticed something dark and it was a BUG IN MY SUB, I called restaurant to notify them and spoke to a young lady asked for manger, he didn't want to speak to me so told girl that he wasn't there for me to speak to him. Told here issue she put me on hold for 10 mins to tell me mgr said she stood next to person making it and dint see any bugs in sandwich. Told girl i put the bug in it my self after waiting for 45 min and getting home and he thinks i then but bug in my own sub i paid for. Told girl i CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I CAN GET ANOTHER SUB. Why would i want anything from there after that. PLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEEEE don't eat here mgr rude, unprofessional ,inexperienced and more. So i called the health dep on them hope they fix issue and learn how to treat people and customers who have been going for years. But after this i will never return.
