I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar, and the management was unprofessional. They hired my friend as the head chef but didn’t give him the support he needed. When I visited, the service was awful, and it seems like they’re just opening locations without considering quality. The community has clearly lost faith in them. It might be time for them to reconsider their approach or close their doors.

The restaurant exhibits unprofessional behavior towards its employees and is often short-staffed. They should consider improving their business practices. There are many other fantastic local restaurants in Hanover that treat their staff with respect and dignity.

This restaurant is the most welcoming place I’ve ever visited. Michelle and her team have been incredibly pleasant and accommodating to all our needs. My daughter has multiple food allergies, and Michelle has taken the extra effort to understand them all, even altering the menu to ensure my daughter can enjoy a meal with us. Michelle's father is also baking special cookies that my daughter can have. While it may take a bit longer to get your food, everything is made from scratch and tastes fantastic! It's definitely worth the wait. I can't give this place enough praise—five stars just isn’t enough! I’ll be a lifelong customer for sure.

Michelle is amazing! The food was delicious, and the staff really made me feel at home. The prices are great too. I can't wait for my wedding reception in September!
