I paid £17.99 for a roast dinner, but it looked like a £2.99 microwave meal. The sausage was spoiled, which felt like a total rip-off.

The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere with its quirky decor and calming ambiance. However, it was quite warm inside; I was relieved to step out into the cold for some fresh air. Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet

Great hotel and really nice staff. My only pickle was the lack of sign/directions in the hotel telling where your room number is. I find myself opening random hallway doors like a maze to count the numbers. A few signs indicating where your room is would be perfect. Also the handheld shower head for room 11 didn't work but didn't bother me really. Will stay again when I'm working this direction. Cheers, Warren Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
