Domino's Pizza - Harleysville

Dominoes used to be well managed. Pizzas were well prepared. However, lately who ever is managing and making the pizzas are not up to Dominoes standards. My last 2 consecutive orders were done incorrectly. Missing ingredients. Poor quality. It's a shame. They have great family value in terms of prices to feed the family. I guess I will pay out more money and order from Frank's Pizza. Sorry Dominoes ?

Waited an hour and half for pizza to be delivered. said 12-23 mins. pizza was ice cold and hard as a brick. muhamed the gm and delivery driver thought it was still sooo hot. fire the guy and get this place back to normal

Great service, my order got sent to the wrong location and they relized it and sent it to my local dominos i got a call letting me know got my food soon after!

Ordered a pizza at 830 on a normal Wednesday night. App said 23 minutes. Didn 't go into the over for about 10 minutes. App said it came out of the over at 850. At 920, they still hadn 't sent the driver out. Owner/manager tried to tell me how they put it into the system but trust him, it just came out .Cancelled and called Harleysville Pizza. It will be here 25 minutes after I ordered it. Will NEVER call this place again

On Aug 9th and 11 of this year (2023) I did a training day at the Dominos of Harleysville PA for a delivery driver position in which I shadowed the fellow employees Dan P and Nathan W there. I also saw Youtuber @TomIannucci22 at Dominos on the 9th who happened to be the first customer I talked to! And while I don't feel the position is for me, mostly cause there's kitchen work involved and I'd have to talk with other employees and customers most likely which I didn't expect, I just want to shout out employees Dan P, Maxwell and Nathan Woodside for being patient with me and showing me the ropes. And manager Mohammad(Moe for short :D) for giving me the opportunity to try the place out. I feel bad for not taking the position and feel they should be recognized for great service!
