El Pato Mexican Food - Harlingen

They called to command one, and they answered and held me, what they have done before, and never came back to take my order. this time I stayed on the stop for 30min before someone came back on the line and when I pushed my frustration and disappointment the same girl just separated my call. dreadful work ethics and I just don't know why I always give them the chance to do it right, because they just don't care.

2 years after the move decided to try el pato. the good: everyone is super friendly, and it is quite authentic rgw eating (not mexican.) unfortunately, eating was slow, 30 min for nothing impressive. we would have gone, but they're paying forward. then I was on a rock! there was a small piece of stone in the food. we let the management know so that no one else gets hurt, they didn't seem to care. So, be careful to eat here, even a little rock can bite badly.

Drive everything was great until I opened my order. Pays extra for beans in bacon and egg. Ordnet chickens and avocados. There were Chicharon and Avocado. Very disappointed . do not feel back.

The food tastes good, but are they sure stingy with the spices and portions? and what happened to the free chips? , it is not as if they had given people baskets of them before they stingy with them, but now you have no one at all! Oh and bring back the Salsa de Chile de árbol because your other salsas stink and don't cut! Your prices are already high.

Would have put 5 stars, my only complaint is they NEVER answer the phone to ace to go orders. When I arrive there's enough workers and it will be slow so I don't understand why they can't answer phone and the times they di they put you on hold and never return to the call. Food is good tho.
