Nando's Harlow

We had a fantastic experience at the Harlow Water Gardens Nando's on Saturday, March 25th. Our server, Gary, was exceptional—so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We can't praise the staff and food enough! We ordered plenty to eat, including a bottle of wine, two beers, and ice, all for just £60, which is only £15 per person. We usually enjoy Nando's, but this location is our favorite! The employees here are truly wonderful.

Our meal would have been completely spoiled by the screaming baby next to us if it hadn't been for the amazing blonde manager in a white t-shirt. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly sweet and understanding, even arranging for a lollipop for the baby’s teething pain. She spent a lot of time chatting with his parents about her own child, which was really nice. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but she was absolutely outstanding! Thank you for saving our ears!

The best Nando's I've ever been to is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly focused on customer service. I usually avoid other Nando's due to several negative experiences, but Harlow Nando's is always our top choice when we're in the city.
