Yesterday I got a breakfast platter hash browns were nasty today called in order they said they would make them fresh well went to pick up hash browns crumbled not done and full of grease.also wanted some sweet tea well no one from night before washed tea urn out so there was no t ea

The restaurant doesn't post their closing hours, which is quite frustrating. I called at 6 PM to place an order, only to be informed that half of the menu items were unavailable because they were getting ready to close. This really raises questions about their customer service, to be honest. They should definitely provide their operating hours and be more transparent about what's available.

This place has really declined since Barker was in charge a few years back. Whoever claimed the burgers were great for a gas station option was misleading; they really need to shut down and find someone who can actually make a proper burger. What I was served tasted like a frozen pre-cooked patty, maybe even something from a vending machine—I've honestly had better from a vending machine. The fries were soggy, greasy, and completely lacking in salt or flavor. I was told it would take 10 minutes for the burger, but it was ready before the fries??? Clearly precooked and frozen. I took my order to go, and it didn’t even smell appetizing on the way home, let alone taste good. The chicken, potato wedges, and other pre-cooked items looked just as greasy and unappetizing. Gross! This place is also in desperate need of a renovation; it looks pretty shabby. And don’t expect any speed here; it might as well be called Slow Phil's. I really don’t understand why Barker is associated with this establishment anymore.

My family and I visit this restaurant weekly just for the grill! The food is fantastic, and their kale is the best! The ranch dressing is also excellent. There's a sweet older lady in there who wears glasses and is very kind! I travel quite a distance to get here because it's worth it. I really appreciate how they have nice tables for sitting and eating. Love this place!
