The food was disappointing, far from what it used to be. Regarding service, I ordered a takeaway breakfast. My total expense was around $10-$20. Unfortunately, I have to rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

The lack of professionalism among the staff at this restaurant is quite apparent. Their behavior resembles that of high school students, as they frequently use profanity, joke around, and fail to take their responsibilities seriously. It's disheartening to witness employees playing around while customers are left waiting to place their orders or receive their food. Seeing staff members enjoying ice cream behind the counter while patrons are still waiting is simply unacceptable. A dining experience cannot be truly enjoyable when employees disregard their duties. For a business to thrive, it requires attentive and committed employees, not those who choose to prioritize fun over their work.

The food is pretty good, though it doesn't quite match its former quality, but they still offer the best ice cream anywhere.
