Cafe Club - Hastings

We went out for a day before the kids returned to school and decided to stop here for breakfast. The service was very slow and the hot drinks were served cold. The veggie breakfast sausage was still frozen inside.

Tried to visit and was slightly to wide to fit through one door so i asked them to open both doors which they replied, sorry I cannot open it and walked off! Certainly won’t be visiting again and will be advising others not to either.

Over-priced breakfast with the most appalling coffee for miles around!

Walked through the door and a member of staff shouted at us from the back of the cafe to shut the door in an attitude and a rude tone. Wasn't a welcoming greeting! Food was okay and prices were quite high. Then the same female staff member told an elderly woman to move to a smaller table incase more people came in (bearing in mind the cafe was empty! which I thought was unnecessary. Not a smile in sight from the member of staff. Won't be returning.

Don't bother with this place. We were visiting family and fancied breakfast before we went. Waited nearly 30 minutes and paid £9 for 2x cheese on toast and 2 coffees. I honestly didn't think Cheese on toast was ruinable but I was so very wrong. It was one of the worst things I've ever eaten. We left the plates uneaten and the drinks undrunk and went to a bakers just around the corner. Don't go there, it was nasty !!
