Dominos Pizza Hastings

Order incorrect, delivered wrong drink and no ice cream. Pizza so overcooked it was not edible. Driver did offer to return with correct drink and the missing ice cream. Did not realise how poor the actual pizza was at that time. Back to Pizza Hut for us

Popped in for a quick bite to eat, went to pay and they said that they no longer accept cash. I stated that it is legal tender but the person said they only take card. I would avoid at all costs

I ordered a pizza and wedges from Bexhill branch. App update eventually got to ‘quality checking’ and stayed there for over 15 minutes. An hour later still no pizza so I phoned and complained. Manager said it was out for delivery but had no idea how long it would be. Pizza eventually arrived in a misshapen box which was wet and had grease leaking from the bottom. The toppings were stuck to the box lid and the whole pizza was cold and, to be honest, totally congealed and inedible. We threw the whole thing in the bin and ordered a wonderful curry from a local tandoori.

Ordered one of Domino's Hastings deals which was buy one get second one for a £1 delivered. But when I got my confirmation it said delivery ready to collect. So I phoned the Hastings branch and explained what I had ordered and I asked for it to be delivered. The rude woman on the end of the phone was so rude and refused to deliver. So I asked for a refund . She slammed the phone down. I got an email yesterday saying my refund has been done. No heart felt apologies nothing. I will never order from Domino's again and will be passing this on to all I know. Terrible service Domino's.

I went with intention to buy a pizza and menu but the lady on the desk refused to take the order as it is supposed to do it via app because of the covid and safety staff. I found very ridiculous as I have been in plenty of Domino's pizzas and Pizza Hut and I didn't have to download an app for placing an order. What about people who has no internet or datas enough on the mobilez or memory to download an app just because the lady refuse to take an order. I would just say that she didn't want to work and said that as like I said before, it didn't happen to me before in any other Domino's nor Pizza Hut nor Papa John's...
