Update:When I tell you the General Manager, Mr. Alex Tubbs and I spoke, it was truly a satisfying conversation. He did not hesitate to apologize and offer a solution to our experience. We absolutely love Sweet Peppers, but we live in Gulfport. However, it will certainly be worth the drive to enjoy one of our favorites. Thank you again Mr. Tubbs for reaching out to us! We look forward to visiting soon.We went in yesterday and there were at least 6 employees in the restaurant. Not one person greeted us or even asked if they could help us. We stood there for a couple of minutes and still nothing. Even if we were undecided on what we wanted, at least greet the customers! But here’s the kicker, when we decided to leave (because no one seemed interested in helping us) one of the young men behind the counter said have a great day!!! Say what now!!!!

We will definitely be back. I had the pick 2 and the potato soup was awesome. My mom had the Mediterranean salad and loved it. The Ruben panini had so much meat! My dad's favorite!! The dining room was pleasant and our server, Sparkle, was friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5

Veggie Pita Wrap was really nice. Staff is very welcoming and professional. I loved place ambience and would like to visit again in future.Vegetarian options: There are couple of Vegetarian options and Roasted Veggie Pita is really delicious.

Order deliver by door dash driver. Bag not secure. Food exposed. Deliver UNSAFE and UNSANITARY. A simple piece of tape or staple to assure food is sanitary. Plus instill customers confident.Do not recommend.First time ordering from sweet peppers and the last. Order a chicken club. Sandwich appears to be thrown together with bits of pieces of cold cut chicken.Someone else order and paid. Otherwise, I would request a full refund. Did not eat. To risk.Again, do not recommend.

My wife enjoys the gluten-free options here and their protocol for handling allergy alerts. Be sure to tell the cashier if you have a gluten allergy. The food is usually quite good, but I was a bit disappointed with mine on this recent visit. The quesadilla seemed a bit bland compared to my earlier visit.Food: 4/5
