Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI recently went to buy a breakfast sandwich and was told they were out of eggs. I was disappointed to learn that they had lost a sale from me the night before. I won't be returning due to the poor service.
I typically visit the Madoc Subway location, but decided to try this one for convenience. I won't be making that mistake again. The waitress looked very unhappy. There was way too much sauce on my sandwich, so much that it soaked through the packaging. Additionally, they overcharged me for the wrong sub. I ordered a Spicy Italian but was instead charged for a pizza sub with an extra cost for salami. I will not be returning to this location.
It seems like Subway has started reducing the size of their subs. There's less bread and toppings now. I used to struggle to finish one, but now it's easier.
My daughter is gluten free and the young gentlemen went out of his way to make my daughters sub without any cross contamination . He went above and beyond.!! (NICK was his name) ... however outstanding service and I will be
Nick is top notch! Came in with a gluten allergy and he went above and beyond to service our special needs! Hands down the best subway experience we have ever had! He even worked at making the people behind us in line feel seen and important. Shout out to you Nick! You deserve a raise!
