Coffee Haven - Haycock Island

The restaurant has changed its name from Coffee Oasis and no longer offers a lunch menu. However, customers can still order coffee and simple food items. Please note the update.

During our stay in Palm Cove, we made it a daily ritual to have coffee every morning. The coffee was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

We have visited this restaurant before and it was very similar to our previous experience. We had breakfast here and although the coffee was excellent, there were very few indoor seats available, so we had to sit outside where it was quite hot. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Here for eating fish and chips. surprises that no salad with the meal. average for the price. very nice place to lunch. clean. friendly staff, quick service.

It’s a little confusing what to do on arrival; do you just take a seat, or wait to speak to someone? There aren’t always people on the front desk so maybe better signage is needed? Coffee is ok, but not consistent during our 3 or...4 visits. Staff are ok, but you do feel you need to grab their attention rather than assume they will come to you for your order. The courtyard seats get a lot of direct sun, so be prepared to sweat if you choose those tables!
