Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy family and I stopped by to grab early breakfast before arriving at SFO. I found thru my maps that there was a Jack in the Box on our route. It was about 3:30am what we drove up. I was immediately told y the drive-thru crew member that they were closed. Iasked aren 't you open 24 hrs?She said again she was closed. I then asked for how long? The crew member responded with 10minutes. I waited about 13 mins, and said Hello . No answer, so I left. That 's awful service. I don 't recommend this locationas they are not reliable.
4th car in line pulling up. After 15 minutes, I was car number 3 in the drive thru. This isn't even a drive thru, it's more of a parking lot how long you sit there waiting for the car in front of you to move. It's almost like they wait for you to pay in thedrive thru, then start making your food or something.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, specifically from one of the employees. Despite the good food, I have returned and experienced poor customer service again. Therefore, I am giving this restaurant a 1-star rating.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl around 1:20pm and it was the best I've ever had! The chicken was perfectly sliced and fresh. This meal really helped me during my bike commute today and it was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was clean. I would give this place ten stars. I have also grabbed a fresh breakfast sandwich here in a pinch before and they never disappoint me. Thank you!
The food is tasty, but prices have increased and this particular location is consistently slow in the morning. It would be beneficial for them to have more staff in the kitchen to ensure quicker service, as it is meant to be fast food.
