Wendy's - Helena

It is a Wendy 's. It is fast food. The only place this type of restaurant can do great in is service, which their staff typically deliver well. As for the food, there is a reason nobody ever went on Iton Chef with their repertoire being fast food line cook. You eat it because it is convenient, not because you are looking for fine dining. Lower your expectations and grab some spicy nuggets or a baconator.Kid-friendliness: There were no children there, which I really appreciated.

Especially for the curent prices, it would be nice to get what I ordered made correctly. It's super frustrating to get home and it be wrong, cause its more effort than its worth to load my kid back up and drive back.

Amazing staff great food and short wait times even during a rush definitely

It's wendy's what can you say. All of the big 3 McDonald's Burger King and Wendy's. I always choose Wendy's because I love their food..

I have recently had a string of bad experiences here. Started as mostly poor service, but the food was good. However recently I was picking up a doordash order that sat on the counter half finished for 20-25 minutes and the customer called both me and the store yet it was still not being finished. I tried to talk to a manager about it hoping to get it remade so the customer didn't get cold food but the manager just stared at me like I was stupid. She had to have looked at me for 10 seconds until saying something about being understaffed dispute having at least 8+ people in the back. I always try to make it a point to not be rude or needy to customer service workers, it was not because i was causing a scene or being mean she just seemed so unbothered about the whole situation.
