Sugar Boat - Helensburgh

In the presentation of an extensive gift voucher to pay our bill, our benefactor has lost a lot of money because our voucher has not been used in full scope and the renaming was not allowed to be used as a drinking money. the manager could not explain where the outstanding balance went. my advice, they don't buy a gift voucher for the sugar boat and I doubt if I returned to this establishment. Although the food and service was excellent, the customer service needs an enormous improvement. e. j. doherty

Dinner for dinner. exceptional eating served by very friendly, professional staff. no late arrive on food, but given enough time to not feel hastened. incredibly brilliant art to start hogmanay. highly recommended. great place!

Service and attention were good and it is a nice place disappointed with decisions taken from the menu, although efforts were made to correct. more options, especially vegetarian options would be better. eating was something above the price, while it served as a high standard, it was a disappointment for the palette with a persistent aftertaste. overall, it was a sufficient experience, although not one I would rush back.

Great welcome, no issues to the table and good attention to detail. Only issue was the noise level hence the 4 stars otherwise great.
