Quick accurate service, food was fresh and clean eating areas. Even came around and offered to take our empty dishes away.

I ordered on the app and picked it up in 15 minutes. The food is very delicious!

I’m never disappointed when we go to Cafe Rio however when they sent me a message that they would give me triple the points for a bowl, they should do it. I did not get the triple points.

Food wasn’t ready on time and just stood there waiting a long time. When they finally gave me it the outside of the bag was covered in sauce getting all over my hands and I had to clean it all up to avoid getting it in my car. They don’t care here.

Cleanliness safety is not a priority at this location. I would prefer that the server change gloves when picking something up off the floor after dropping it.
