Kfc - Hereford

The service was quick, and they offered vegan options. The spicy dip cost 30p more than in London, but the seating area was nice and spacious. I wish the food was halal, but it’s still enjoyable. The dishes were served warm and promptly, and everything was delicious!

I had a big order because I needed to feed a lot of people. Ordering through the app was a breeze (I saved £8 since I'm a bit budget-conscious), and they had everything ready quite quickly, to be honest. Everyone worked hard, and the service was really commendable. I noticed I had my hands full with two large bags when a young man named Morgan came out from behind the counter to help me carry them to my car. I've noticed that the service at this KFC has really improved lately.

Morgan was an excellent server, providing 10/10 service. However, I noticed that some tables remained dirty even after 15 minutes, which was a bit off-putting. The new lobby looks fantastic, but the seating was quite uncomfortable. On the plus side, the food was delicious—crispy and well-prepared, adding to the overall enjoyable experience!
