Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónQuick Bites?!? Not exactly......it went through painful and into quite funny how long it took to serve a person at a time. Christmas wishes and all that to the tireless staff but come on M&S, Quick, Quick SLOW would be more suitable.
I was in a queue of 5 people. Waited 10minutes , the lady in front of me walked out as fed up waiting. Waited another 5mins then left. Staff very slow 3 staff serving. Went to next cafe had a coffee within 5 minutes.
Enjoyed our visit, lovely staff, amazing coffee and mocha will return again. My sister in law enjoyed her first coffee outing since covid.
The coffee was terrible, served in an unappealing chunky mug. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes. The seating area was plain and uninteresting, resembling a cafeteria in a factory. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
My visit to the café on a Saturday in Hereford was disappointing. It was busy, as expected, and while waiting in line, I overheard customers being told they no longer provide tea saucers. I was shocked to hear this, and confirmed it for myself. Many of the tables were still dirty with dishes and food from previous customers, forcing us to settle for a table that was also messy. The tea spills on the table were probably a result of the lack of saucers. The most concerning issue was the lack of hygiene, especially with the current presence of COVID-19 and other germs. It is unacceptable to expect customers to place their spoons on dirty tables. This is Marks and Spencer, not a roadside tea shack.
