Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI wanted an iced frappuccino at 8pm, but the blenders were turned off because the restaurant was closing soon. I am still sitting here in the restaurant at 8:50 and they are still open. The staff appears to be lazy.
The service was terrible and the coffee was terrible. I usually don't rate Starbucks, but this experience was even worse than usual. The staff was rude, the coffee beans were burnt, and they couldn't make a good coffee. Disappointing.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF ALLERGIES! My recent visit to this Starbucks was disappointing. I ordered an Iced white mocha and a panini for my daughter, as well as a cappuccino with coconut milk for myself. Unfortunately, when I got home and tried my drink, I realized it was made with semi-skimmed milk instead. The person who took my order had confirmed it was coconut milk. Luckily, I do not have a milk allergy, but they need to be more attentive to details. I expected better service and now I am out of money.
Stopped off here for some breakfast and a coffee. The coffee was ok but the breakfast wrap went straight in the bin. When I pay silly amounts of money (expensive) for a breakfast wrap I would expect some breakfast rather than an overheated wrap. That's correct, the wrap was empty. Not Good!
I bought a coffee from the Starbucks on the left side as you go in. I missed what the girl said as I was paying. I said sorry, she almost shouted, name? I’m not deaf but by this time was feeling annoyed! This is supposed to be part of the Services where you can relax and unwind having been on the A1/M25. Another person ordered some food and sat down in front of Starbucks. The guy server whispered their order was ready and basically mumbled to himself that it wasn’t his fault they hadn’t heard him!
