Domino's Pizza - Heusden-zolder

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were taken care of promptly. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and able to make great recommendations. Overall, our experience was greatly enhanced by the top-notch service provided by the restaurant staff.

Ordered at 9 pm, at 9:30 pm my daughter calls to make sure the order has been received because we had no update that it had arrived, which we already thought was strange. No problem, within 15 minutes you have pizza they said. 10 pm we still had nothing. Called back because they would close at 10 pm. The delibery was long gone, we were told, but the pizza was already ready to give from half past 9. Said we cancel it then as we don't want a cold pizza. We received an angry phone 10 minutes later that they will bring it anyway. Told us no more. They finally threw the pizza open in our driveway and the pizza was half out of the box at 10:35 PM. I ordered pizza for delivery. The delivery was quick, but when I opened the box, it looked like the pizza had been tossed inside, with pieces stacked on top of each other. I found the price of the pizza to be quite expensive for what you actually get. In terms of service, the delivery was efficient. Overall, I would give the food a 5 out of 10 and the service a 4 out of 10.

Had cold pizza a few times, yesterday was the last straw, crispy Fries were more like rubber Fries and cold just like the pizza, stomach ache the next day. Busy or not I pay for decent food Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
