George's Shawarma Inc - Hialeah

Local security recommended this place, and I must say, it was my first experience with authentic Valenzuela cuisine, and I was not disappointed! These little food trucks truly impressed me. They have a great outdoor setup for those who want to dine in. The waitress/hostess/cashier/translator was incredibly sweet and helpful—so much so that I felt the need to give her an extra tip!

This is the best shawarma I've had since I tried the original back in Venezuela. The flavor is authentic, and the portion size is excellent. It's absolutely worth the money, and I'll definitely be returning soon.

I came across a new food truck that offers high-quality food. It reminds me of the Hispanic shawarma street food from my hometown. Definitely worth checking out for this new local business!

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I'm really glad I chose this place after checking out the pictures on Google Maps. They truly showcase the quality of the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and top-notch. After trying their food, I might hesitate to try another food truck! The hostess was very friendly as well. I highly recommend visiting and supporting local eateries. I ordered the mixed shawarma and kibbeh, which is made with beef. The accompanying sauce is a nice touch, but the food is exceptional on its own. I had been hesitant to visit this food truck alley due to concerns about parking, but there's actually plenty of parking available in the back. Just come on in!
