The Commercial Inn - High Peak

We were in Glossop on business and chose Sarah's Kitchen as a vegetarian friendly pub with very good ratings. We were not disappointed.

Firstly, the food was excellent. A great Sunday lunch and steak pie. The crumble was very good too. However the service was unacceptably slow. We sat down at 2pm and our food was served at 2.55. On this basis alone I cannot recommend, but if you don’t mind the wait enjoy your food.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent, creating an all-around positive dining experience. This cozy pub is perfect for both locals and tourists, as it always seems to be bustling with a lively atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is fabulous and I highly recommend it. It's a great place with good value for money and a nice atmosphere. They cater to all requirements.

Sunday dinner for the family. Tender leg of lamb, roast and mash, Yorkshire pudding, veg and gravy. absolutely delicious and excellent value for money at c£15 per head. The staff are really attentive, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend you book. Cannot fault it.
