The COVID thing that I was BS in other Jack in the blocks of the box to make an order.
I used to be a big drinker. These tacos were the bomb! Now that I don't drink, the Tacos are still the bomb.
I swore the High Ridge Jack in the Box-Petromart about a year ago, because the whole experience was really bad. Since I don't buy gas there, I've given Jack another chance and deleted my previous review. I'm just using the drive. The service, waiting time and food has improved. I guess the time for me has changed this place. Looks like a new round of work? s are here now. I'm just here for the Tacos and Pommes as they're my favorite thing to Jack. One day I went twice, and I said the lady in the window and I suppose a manager as satisfied I was with my job and service. Please stop the good work! I note that the opening hours are from 8 to 8 Monday to Saturday. I'm fine. Take off Sunday! Just make good tacos for me! Thank you.
When this place opened, we were so excited, but it is constantly downhill to the point, we drive about 25 minutes to a trusted place if we really want Jack in the box. Over the years our order is rarely correct. You wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Mostly even if there are only 1 or 2 other cars. At the beginning of this year I noticed a new group of managers and employees and it was good for about 2 weeks. I once stuck in the drive thru because I guess they have closed, but nothing on the drive thru order box so that the person was not moved and I could not order back. I was once accused of lying about not getting a salad. $40 order, but I lied about a salad. You wouldn't return my receipt. My complaint to companies went unanswered. Like my call to the place itself. Must be a massive overhaul to regain any kind of loyalty. The elimination of Bacon-Cheddar wedges was also a great disappointment.
The staff is rude and untrained. They always mess the order up. And 90% of the time they are closed or out of food stl Jack needs to be put under investigation by corporate this is crazy who in their right mind would close a restaurant at 7pm on a Saturday night the day before a holiday! And then when you call they answer and hang up on you! This place needs to be closed for good or all new staff! They have someone apply that has experience with Jack in the box but won't hire them what kind of company would do that! Update: all they send is a link for you to fill out. This is crazy
