Average food , expensive but considering there was nothing else open what can you do

WOULD'VE PUT NO STARS IF I COULD HAVE!!!!! Ordered food last night and honestly will never be going back. The food was near un-eatable! Have been to quite a few different Chineses and have never been this disgusted.

Really awful bad food and experience, please read on...as when I returned food for a refund, I got told I should have taken the food back straight away for a refund... But as I live 30 minutes away and had Chinese meal planned with friends in for a nice meal and evening, I didn 't think it would matter if I discussed the bad meal and refund the next day.... BUT IT DOES MATTER because of the house policy on refunds only stands the same day /night as the food?? Extremely bad customer service /relations as the owner would not even come and speak, he couldn 't have care less if he had tried...!! and I DO SERIOUSLY QUESTION...?? WHAT DO THEY DO WITH FOOD THAT DOES GET RETURNED THE SAME DAY/NIGHT ?? as I couldn 't get a refund because... it had been out of his kitchen for to many hours and I should have comed back last night ...was what I kept getting told, This man seriously does not care for customer relations and his businesses reputation. As I was returning alot of untouched food, I feel I was entitled to a refund. I will never use this Chinese takeaway again the food was bad especially duck and beef dishes... But hearing him from the kitchen his attitude, left me speechless.. I feel for the staff working there, Should be NO STARS !!

I like to order take out from charlie Chans lovely food I always get the same meals as like them and there always great they do deliveries on the food always very quickly friendly staff great service

Avoid over priced and not even Chinese chef. Fake Chinese
