Schools Hamburgers - Highland

Today was my first time at Schoops and I had an amazing experience. I tried the double Speck Cheeseburger and it was absolutely fantastic, worth every penny. The spices were fresh, the ingredients top-notch, and the bacon on the burger was one of the best I've ever had (besides the $25 burgers at Au Cheval in Chicago). The onion rings were crispy and delicious. What made the experience even better was the friendly conversation and sense of community. I sat and chatted with Lynette and her son for about an hour after dinner, and everyone who walked in felt like part of the family. This kind of atmosphere can only be found in a restaurant with excellent food and outstanding service from people who truly love what they do. Despite being lactose intolerant, I've heard their shakes are a must-try. The burgers are huge as well. -Miguel

The burgers at this restaurant are amazing! The Reese's milkshake was delicious. The service was top-notch. We will definitely come back again.

The burgers at this restaurant are fantastic. My mother is a big fan of their BLT sandwich loaded with bacon. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly.

Hamburgers are very good! Prices are somewhat steep.
