Notorious Burgers - Hillside

Beautiful bugers, but I feel they're a little overpriced. they have halal options that are good for Muslims.

Fantastic big burgers, very tasty and the wait worth (they were busy). would go back to a beautiful meal there.

First time visit into this restaurant today and purchased two takeaway burgers for lunch. Approaching the restaurant at 12.15pm I noticed the glass entry door covered in grimy finger prints!! I stopped at the (front) counter to look at the menu. The female 'sales attendant/cooker '...saw me and walked away. I stood at the counter at the front of the restaurant for what appeared to be 5 minutes, waiting for the 'sales attendant/cooker ' to come and take my order no one came!!! I decided to have a look at the drinks refrigerator and it was then I saw the 'sales attendant/cooker ' standing behind a cash register ready to take my order. I have never been to this restaurant, did not know orders were taken at that point. Clearly not visible from the front area, as I was covered by a large coffee machine. There was no one else in this restaurant for the five minutes I was waiting and at no point did this staff member think it was a good idea to ask me if I needed assistance!!!! I placed my order two burgers, one serve of chips and a drink. The next customer came in five to seven minutes later. I sat down and waited during that time. I was waiting for some time. I approached the kitchen area to see what the hold up was with my order, it was now fifteen minutes since I placed that order. At the kitchen area I saw EIGHT burgers in the preparation area. It appears they waited for multiple orders to commence the preparation!!! Not good customer service at all. The burgers were good. Not sure if I would go back again.

I stopped here for lunch and decided to try the sMac Special. Unfortunately there was no one in the shop at the time and it took 5 minutes for someone to turn up. The special was a burger but rather than using bread it used...fried chicken fillets to hold together the meat patty, double bacon, triple cheese as well macaroni and cheese with an additional cheese sauce. So okay, first off, Yum! Secondly if you are a health conscious lettuce eating type probably don't even walk past here. It was a little pricy at $17.50 considering it was just a burger but it was really good so I didn't mind too much as a once off.

We live in the local area and I love a good burger. I had a double el bacon which looked great on pick up but in the end didn't really do the job it was good but not so good that I finished wanting...more. The chips were French fries and were very average. If you don't want to travel and are wanting a quick burger meal then give this place a go but there a much better places just a short drive away.
