Mcdonald's - Hinesville

The customer service is excellent, and the food is tasty. I appreciate the smooth flow of the drive-thru. Additionally, I like that they've designated parking spaces for mobile app orders.

The service was quick and friendly. The McRib could benefit from a little extra sauce, but overall, it's a McDonald's I enjoy visiting frequently.

Today, I have to say that the level of service I received at The Drive Thru was exceptional! My son was so excited that he was practically screaming, which made it difficult for the staff to hear me. However, when I reached the first window, the cashier surprised my son with a toy! This thoughtful gesture was totally unexpected and very kid-friendly! It’s safe to say that they went above and beyond in taking care of their customers!
