Gyubei Grill - Hiroshima-shi, Naka-ku

I visited lunch time. Order haramical bi set meal. There was a volume feeling at the price. Although the meat may not be bad, it seems that the rice of the set meal is clearly kept warm for a long time. Warming rice is turned into cooking and bibimbba, and "rice" is good to use the rice cooker... Of course it is not. The customer service was very good.

This was a first experience with Wagyu meat better known worldwide from the Kobe brand. The restaurant will offer different plates of small cuts with descriptions in English and Japanese of what cut it is. The table has a built in grill so you prepare each piece to your preference. It has already been seasoned. 30 seconds is enough for each cut and you eat it instantly while it’s hot. We ordered more cuts as we got through the meal. It is worth a visit and a good chance to compare different cuts.
