They also offer a variety of cheese options in dishes like enchiladas and nachos. If you're vegan, you can choose from several salads and request no cheese, with the option to add avocado.
I enjoyed my meal. The question wasn't up to par. Needed some spice. I do recommend this place for sure.
UPDATE: We hadn't been out there in a couple of years for whatever reason so we went last night. The Chimichanga with beans was awesome and cooked perfectly not too crispy and not too chewy. The rice and beans had great flavor and my husbands avocado burger has become his favorite. The atmosphere is always relaxed and the wait staff is always very nice. Vegetarian options: They will make things however you like them so you can substitute beans for meat but they also have a large cheese option with enchiladas and nachos etc. If you are vegan you can choose from salads and have them hold the cheese and add avocado.
The queso is basically just really runny cheese soup. The salsa was actually pretty good, but the chips were overcooked. The rice was really dry and tasteless. The fajita beef quesadilla was delicious. If you guys can fix your chips and queso it would make a huge difference.
Just not my style of food. We had fajitas the chicken in chunks not strips and veggies all mixed in meat most of the time veggies on bottom.
