Bale Well - Hoi An

I showed the waitress a card explaining Celiac in Vietnamese. She was so understanding and said everything in the Set Menu was gluten free (spring rolls, rice pancakes, rice paper, all of it). It was so good and I would definitely go back! She told me everything was made with rice flour (noticed at “fancier” restaurants nearby this was not the case). Edit: of all the places we ate in Vietnam, this was hands down my favorite. I tried to find similar places at other locations and couldn’t. I wish I was still in Hoi An to go to this place!
