The Speakeasy - Holdrege

Considering the hype, I thought the food was mediocre. Service was excellent. The selection of unique mixed drinks was great. The best part of the meal was dessert, which I would tell you to not over indulge so you can try it!

First time eating here and was not disappointed. It was an excellent choice for our 15th wedding anniversary. I had the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had the sirloin and also was very satisfied. Both steaks could have been cut with a spoon and they were dripping with juices. Highly recommend the fried brussel sprouts!! They also have a unique selection of mixed drinks and the ones we had were tasty. Excellent place to have a date night!
