It's really dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the food is spoiled, don't eat it and need to be checked at Papais headquarters!!!

They had us sitting in the drive thru for like 10 minutes. Left without placing an order. Service: 1

Horrible service, I went in through the drive thru and placed an order. After that I waited 15 minutes for my food then she came with the food and didn't bring the drinks. So I asked for the drinks and waited more, until I saw the drive thru cashier talking to her friend outside instead of getting my drinks. I waited another 10 minutes before I went inside and saw that she wasn't even pumping the drinks and instead laughing with the other workers.
