I ordered a sub meal from the Subway app. I get a text saying it'll be delivered via DoorDash. When it comes it is merely just the sub; no chips, no drink. The Dasher informs me there wasn't anything with the sub at the pickup. I call the restaurant. Thegirl, Crystal, was quite dismissive. I hung up and drove down the mountain from Nemacolin (passing another franchise). Upon myarrival, Crystal, had signage on every single table essentially forbidding customers to sit and eat. All the glass signage waswrinkled and hard to read. She passed all the blame to the Dasher. After returning home I realize they even got the meat wrong.They put chicken on my steak sub. Returning again she (with more attitude than necessary) retrieved my reciept just to be provenwrong. Then began sweeping dust into the air as the other person remade my sub. I was offered no apology and no refund.
Subway's subs are generally quite good. Occasionally, I feel like they don’t put enough toppings on the sandwiches, but that seems to be a widespread issue. I usually choose the flatbread for my subs, except for the meatball sandwich. The staff here are friendly, though they can be a bit slow at times.
The blonde waitress was quite rude; it seemed like her parents had forced her to get a job because she clearly didn’t want to be there.
The staff is quite stingy; if you request extra lettuce, they won't provide any more.
