I saw they had a veggie burger, so I gave it a try. I got the combo just because a drink extra alone was not much more than if you had it with fries. I asked for no cheese and of course extra onions. I got the onions but also got the cheese. I gave the fries away, for I try not to do much fried foods and I've never been a fry girl anyway. I did not enjoy my food, sadly for I was most hungry and still am. My friend Kimber wanted a milkshake and was told it could only be vanilla when others got chocolate? The only thing I enjoyed was the company. Josephine took home some chocolate ice cream, I did have a taste for she asked me to. I thought it was yummy, but I do not want dairy. Anyway, the staff I feel did the best they could, it just for sure was not for me.
It took me almost an hour to get through the drive thru with my order. I repeated my order 5 times at the intercom. Got to the window and it was wrong. No biggie, they said they would fix. I never got my receipt so I asked someone else and when I looked at it I was charged for the incorrect and more expensive items. I had to ask for a refund for the difference. Ice cream was great though
I just want to know how can I order a jalapeño burger, and there's no jalapeño... it's literally in the name.... I even asked just to make sure it wasn't just a sauce.. I don't get it.
Noon on a Sunday. Understandably they were busy. 14 min to order my food, hard time communicating with the woman taking my order. Not her fault, more a technical problem. 8 min after that to get it. Ordered a double burger, chicken sandwich and onion rings. Burger was slightly overcooked and hurriedly put together 5.2/10. Chicken sandwich was slightly bland and thrown together 4.9/10. Onion rings were what I expected 8/10. Recommend avoiding it during peak hours because the quality of what you get will suffer.
The food is really good. It reminds me of Steak and Shake, the same beef patties, shoestring fries, and retro set-up. I had the bacon cheese steak burger (substituted the bun) with the patty melt rye bread ????. The price is comparable to most fast food restaurants. I will definitely visit dine in with them again.
