Terrible place, I waited in line for 30 minutes and 2 names passed in front of us, when we asked the woman got confused, we ended up leaving without eating, as she said we would be next then, but in fact we were already supposed to be inside . Terrible experience, we left another city to celebrate a birthday and the irresponsibility was so great that they didn't even make the reservation and the employees' willingness to try to alleviate the problem they caused was 0. I found a way to put the tables together (which they didn't do) and To everyone's surprise, they said “you can't put these tables together” so we left the place and are now in another place that even though it was crowded, they did everything they could to accommodate more than 15 guests! And even hear an employee say “THIS IS NORMAL, IT’S HUMAN TO MAKE ERRORS” Thank you to the staff at TEMAKERIA HORTOLÂNDIA for welcoming us and easing the inconvenience that Satoshi caused us.

Lugar incrível, fomos super bem recebidos, rodízio maravilhoso, todos saíram super satisfeitos, ambiente agradável e limpo, garçons atenciosos e sempre atentos aos clientes, vale muito a pena conhecer esse lugar, iremos voltar e indicar a outros amigos.

Fomos hoje pela primeira vez. Atendimento muito excelente pelo Joelson, comida bem feita e ambiente super agradável apesar de bastante cheio no horário que estivemos lá. Recomendo
